Board Chair- Paul Stone
Paul Stone joined The Preo Group(“TPG”) in March 2018 and is currently the acting COO. His background is in technical program/project management and strategic processes/technology solutions.
Mr. Stone has been successful at improving revenues and profits, reducing cost, improving processes, and building highly effective teams of professionals. He is an excellent communicator, motivator, and problem solver.
He has been actively involved in various community organizations and boards including the Above All Things, Rae’s Hope Foundation, DFW Genesis Foundation, the DFW Red Cross Foundation, Coders of Color an educational enrichment program for young men.
Mr. Stone holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from the University of Memphis, where he currently serves as a member of the Alumni Council. Mr. Stone resides in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area with his wife, Felecia and three children, Brandon, Mandy, and William-Michael.

Deyona Kirk - Treasurer

Deyona has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior. She is a certified nonprofit accountant and QuickBooks Pro Advisor. She has worked in nonprofits and in the affordable housing field for over 24 years. Deyona is extremely passionate about affordable housing and believes that everyone deserves it.
Deyona is the founder of the nonprofit Divine Konnections Inc., co-founder of Mornings in the Word and trainer for Leaders Growing Leaders. She is an entrepreneur who has owned several businesses. Deyona is a minister and a servant leader in her local church, prayer warrior, curse breaker, affordable housing activist, and author.
