Actions over excuses basketball camps (A.O.E)
Ages 7-18
Designed to meet the unique need of both boys and girls of all abilities. Whether the student is playing recreationally or competitively, our experienced trained volunteers and coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skills and developmental basketball skills. While building on a sense of connection in a team setting, we help students recognize their individuality as well as their place in a group. Teaching the athlete to build endurance, discipline, structure on and off the court promoting and motivating mastery of their personal skills at each level of training. At the end of each training session there will be a small tournament and or competitive game against an outside opponent providing a sensible accomplishment and sets a confident mind into motion.
A.O.E Fitness Program
Ages 7 to adulthood
Inspires individuals of all abilities from ages seven to adulthood to recognize their unique physical abilities while building a sense of awareness of oneself and becoming empowered to execute daily skills training and activities with optimal performance, endurance and strength reducing sedentary behavior overall in a team or individual setting. These training courses are implemented by our experience trained coaches and volunteers.
